I ordered the model B7801 cat tree on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday! After reading all of the reviews my expectations were quit high as I started unpacking the box. I was not disappointed in any way. The quality is very good. All parts and pieces were present and accounted for and it went together in no time. The only problem I had was two of the hex heads on the bolts that hold the unit together rounded over when I was tightening them. It may have been that I just did not have the hex wrench completely in the socket. The sisal rope on the posts was wrapped very tight compared to some that I have seen at pet stores for a much higher price. I like the faux fleece covering and even the bottom of the top two platforms is covered for a very finished look! But the best thing about it though is that my 5 month old Bengal kitten Gus just loves it! Thank you very much!
