We received the cat tree (A7401 Cat Tree) that we ordered in 3 business days and had it set up in no time. Unlike so many "some assembly" projects, everything lined up perfectly. One bolt was missing, but after a quick email, another one is in the mail.
The cats (Boo and Miss Kitty) were climbing on the perches before I had the whole thing done. They absolutely love it. They've missed climbing since we put away the 6 ft step ladder we were using on a remodeling project.
