OKAY - I will try to make this brief and I will try not to get too excited....BUT:
PetParents - you absolutely MUST order from this site. The company, employees and products are simply BEYOND FAB.
Also - we've all seen rockstars in concert or in person - BUT NICK IS A ROCK STAR. Nick is the M.A.N.
If you have any issue at all, you will be helped and the problem fixed IN A JIFFY!
I ordered, by the advice of a co-worker, the multi level 71"-75" cat tree which came in a FLASH, was simple to assemble, and my babies LOVE,LOVE,LOVE it.
(The UPS guy wasn't to thrilled though - HA!)
ANYway - don't want to hog the testimonial, but if ANYone is apprehensive - PLEASE know you will NOT find a better deal, you will NOT receive better service, you soooo will NOT find it cheaper and your babies will be the happiest they've ever been.
