We ship via UPS to the continental USA ("Lower 48") only. Sorry, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. A physical address is required. We cannot ship to a PO Box or APO address.
Your order is shipped directly from the manufacturer. Regular Shipping days are Monday through Thursday. Generally, orders are shipped within two business days. All orders received after close of business Wednesday, through Sunday afternoon (Eastern Time), are usually shipped the following Monday. Your order should arrive in 1 to 6 business days from the day on which it is shipped.
We do not require a signature for delivery. However, if the UPS driver determines that leaving the package unattended would be a security risk, UPS will require a signature. This is their decision and is out of our control. They will leave a notification on your door if a signature is required and you are not at home. They will make 3 attempts to get a signature before they return the package to us. Please see the note below regarding packages sent back to us. You can also telephone UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS with your tracking number to make delivery arrangements.
Replacement parts are generally shipped on Fridays.
All shipping is done via UPS, and you will receive a tracking number via email on the day your order ships.

In these cases, not only will UPS charge for the shipping to your address, they will also charge for the return. If this happens, your order will be canceled, and you will be refunded your original payment, less the shipping charges incurred.
You can be assured that you will receive a top quality product that will bring your cats years of enjoyment. If however any part of our product is broken within six months due to a manufacturer defect, we will gladly replace it for free. After six months, we charge a small amount to replace broken parts.
